JESSICA KAY'S STORY

Jessica Kay's journey from a young single mother in Akron, OH, to a successful entrepreneur is nothing short of remarkable. Despite facing challenges early in life, she turned adversity into opportunity, transforming $1000 into $1,000,000. As a teen mom of two by the age of 17, Jessica knew she needed to create a better life for herself and her children. After graduating high school with honors and venturing out on her own at 18, she faced the harsh reality of financial struggle. Balancing full-time work with attending The University of Akron while raising her children proved overwhelming, leading her to prioritize providing for her family by focusing solely on employment.

Jessica began her career in the home care industry, initially earning modest wages of $7.25-$9.50 per hour as a Direct Support Professional and Home Health Aide. Despite working grueling hours of 70-80 per week, financial stability remained elusive. Determined to change her circumstances, Jessica seized an opportunity that would alter her trajectory. Armed with newfound knowledge, she transitioned to becoming an Independent Provider, doubling her hourly rate to $16. This pivotal decision not only provided much-needed financial relief but also afforded her the freedom to spend quality time with her children while pursuing higher education.

Driven by an unyielding entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica continued to expand her horizons. She earned her Associate in Business Management, followed by Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management. With her unwavering commitment and relentless work ethic, Jessica, also known as Boss Lady, went on to establish multiple seven-figure businesses.
